DUPLICATE BRIDGE AT EL PORTICO
Our third (and most successful) Duplicate
Bridge evening took place on Wednesday 9th September. Eighteen
players (9 pairs) competed, and there were some very close scores!
The first five pairs were:

points (58%)
Sue & Roger 72
points (57%)
Eva & Arpad 71
points (56%)
Brenda & John
70 points (56%)
Marian & Peter 64 points
(51%)
The director was Roger, with
number-crunching by Sue & Roger. Food was ably provided by Jenny May &
Brenda Beech. Thanks to all for attending, and to those who contributed to
the success of the evening.
The next evening is planned for Wed 7th
October at the same time, 5:00 for 5:30. Please let me know if you are
